Vino Convo. Beyond The Glass

Ciaràn's philosophy is simple, "We take good fruit and try not to mess it  up. we don’t force it to be something that it isn’t. If the grapes are lean, we make lean wine. If the grapes are robust, we make robust wines. The fruit decides the wine, and we respect that." 

Beyond The Glass wines are made in Bacchus Marsh but the growers are in Geelong, Heathcote and Pyreness.

There will be 5 differnet wines from his new vintage release to taste on the night and each wine will be accompanied with matching cheese and charcuterie for every guest.
